Notice of Annual Meeting
August 26, 2025
Dear neighbors,
On behalf of the Wimberley Hills Property Owners Association pursuant to Article VI, Section 1, of the Bylaws, you are hereby notified of an Annual Meeting for the transaction of business and election of members to the Board. The meeting will be held at the following date, time, and place:
Saturday, October 11, 2025
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wimberley Community Center- Senior Lounge
14068 Ranch Road 12, Wimberley, Texas 78676
To ensure that we have enough seating and refreshments available for everyone in attendance, please R.S.V.P. by October 1 or as soon as possible via our website at www.wimberleyhills.org.
For election of members to the board, we have four Board of Directors (Matt Bowman, Casey Craig, Josh DeMarco, and Coy Poret) whose terms are expiring in October 2025. All four have agreed to serve another two-year term. For anyone who is interested in serving, please contact the Board at least twenty (20) days prior to our meeting via our website and follow the guidelines in Article IX of our Bylaws.
