Notice of Annual Meeting

August 26, 2025

Dear neighbors,

On behalf of the Wimberley Hills Property Owners Association pursuant to Article VI, Section 1, of the Bylaws, you are hereby notified of an Annual Meeting for the transaction of business and election of members to the Board. The meeting will be held at the following date, time, and place:

Saturday, October 11, 2025

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Wimberley Community Center- Senior Lounge

14068 Ranch Road 12, Wimberley, Texas 78676

To ensure that we have enough seating and refreshments available for everyone in attendance, please R.S.V.P. by October 1 or as soon as possible via our website at www.wimberleyhills.org. 

For election of members to the board, we have four Board of Directors (Matt Bowman, Casey Craig, Josh DeMarco, and Coy Poret) whose terms are expiring in October 2025. All four have agreed to serve another two-year term. For anyone who is interested in serving, please contact the Board at least twenty (20) days prior to our meeting via our website and follow the guidelines in Article IX of our Bylaws.

Tree Trimming Best Practices

It’s October and Fall is finally here!


Now through January is the best time to have your trees trimmed with proper procedures and pruning to prevent oak wilt. Below is a link on best practices to help with your tree trimming projects.

  • Please remember to contact the Architectural Comm. or someone else on the board before you move forward with any changes to the outside of your home.  Also take time to read over the Deed Restrictions for our POA.  You were given these Deed Restrictions at your property closing. If you cannot locate your copy, please let us know and we will send you another copy.  There is also a copy of the Deed Restrictions and the By-laws on this website in the Documents section.  Thank you!
